Jonathon Sheley House is a lifelong learner with a passion for service. He spent five years in the United States Marine Corps as a combat correspondent in Japan, ultimately reaching the rank of sergeant. During his time with the Marines, he covered everything from humanitarian missions to President Obama’s historic visit to Hiroshima. After leaving the Corps, Jonathon enrolled at Emerson College in the journalism department where he contributed to the news programs on 88.9 WERS and was a Fellow with NPR’s Next Generation Radio Program.
Today, he is a capable backpack media professional that embraces the ideology of becoming a “jack of all trades." He is skilled in videography, audio recording, photography, writing for a variety of mediums, and internet-based media.
